Broken Hard Drive; Fixable?

I'm trying to find out whether the hard drive in this photo can be fixed.

If it can, how much would it cost? Would it be worth selling as is?

Not sure if you'll be able to see it in the photo but the "L" shaped support for the plug has broke off.

How critical is the data retrieval?

Best I can suggest if important is jury rig a temp connection by getting a spare HDD wiring harness and soldering the wires to the tabs in the correct order. Power it up and pull the data off.

If doubtful of your soldering skills, take it to someone.

I'm actually just trying to fix it to either use as an extra hard drive or to sell.

I was successful in retrieving my data from it.

I would hardwire a legacy 4-pin Molex connector to the +12V and +5V solder terminals on the component side of the PCB (not the gold pins).
