OC my ram

Hey guys i have this MB http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/970DE3U3S3/?cat=Memory and i want to oc my ram to 1866mhz so here is my question:Wich is the best way to do that?To buy a 1866mhz ram and oc to 1866mhz or i can oc lower ram like 1333mhz?

Don't bother overclocking memory, the difference is so small you would never notice it anywhere expect benchmarks; even then it's extremely small. Just buy some DDR3 1600 with low timings such as 9-9-9-24 and you're set.

Yes but as you can see my mb support 1333mhz and for rest need to oc.So i want to oc for sure because from 1333 to 1866 is a small difference but it is.So i should buy 1600mhz to oc at 1866mhz?
That one you suggested me are already 1866 so on my mb they will work at 1333 or i can buy that one and oc to 1866?

memroy is binned much different than other parts that are common to overclock.

generally with memory there is very little room to overclock at all, your lucky to get 100 mhz out of an overclock.

Guys is so hard to tell me wich product model need to buy to oc to 1866mhz?
My mb support maximum 1866(OC) that mean if i put an 1866mhz ram in my computer it will work at 1333mhz only.At the moment i have 2x2gb at 1333 and iwant to put 2x4gb

Oh another question.Can i oc the ram without changing the clock of cpu?Because i have a AMD FX4150 wich is by default to 4,2ghz and i don't know if he can handle more than 4,3ghz anyway my cooler will not handle for sure only with crazy rotations.
