My question is which card is the bang on the buck for this pc
also my concern is is the 300 watts able to push it
and it will fit in the case

    thanks

  2. Well then go for the HD 5450 if you just want an HDMI port card and use it only for movies and web browsing. If you watch from VGA on your monitor thats fine not much of a difference but HDMI gives you compatibility with your TV.
  3. ok my last question
    might be a stupid question

but if the graphic card has hdmi output
does that guarantee both audio and video will come out
    just want to make sure

the tv I bought has 3 hdmi input
    but no audio rca input
    which is so wired

Your computer uses a total of 225 watts at full 100% load which is rare, anyways the best video card you can use for the best bang is the HD 7750.

However I cannot guarentee that card will work, despite it only using 55 watts at full load, your power supply may not actually supply 300 watts, we do not know if its a good brand.

On the other hand, you can use the HD 5450 if all you want is an HDMI connection, it is guaranteed to work and uses a mere 19 watts (almost like a light bulb :P)

  5. It will have audio, the HDMI wire connects to the TV's speakers as well. I know this from experience with my old Geforce GT 430.
  6. Not to be rude
but I read the re command power supply for 5450 is 450w
does this card required such a high power supply??

450 Watt or greater power supply recommended

I have the Optiplex 780 and I spanked a 5450 in there and its amazing (For movies, games POO). Don't worry man its all good. The PSU here is a garbage dell 225 watt.
