for around 200, the 5770. for over 200...id probably wait for the 5830 ( should be hitting the 230-240 mark ) if your looking for the best you can get. Supposedly the 5830 will be hitting shelves feb 15th. but take all rumor with a grain of salt. Everything else looks good IMO.

Any single video card will run on your system comfortably, for 200$ i would go with a 5770, or wait a few weeks for the 5830 as already mentioned.
As for the 5750 and 5670, the 5770 is better then those two, although a bit more expensive.
5770 > 5750 > 5670
A 5770 is the best option for under 200$ right now, unless possibly a 4890, which the 5830 is going to replace in a few weeks

That monitor has a native resolution of 2048 x 1152 so I would really wait until the the HD5830 is available, supposedly within the next few weeks. It should be within your price range and definitely the best fit for that resolution if you can't afford an HD5850.

I'd have to agree, the 5830 would be the way to go. If your in a massive hurry, then the 5770 would be a decent card, though not the greatest.

Actually your motherboard is crossfire capable so you could get one HD5770 now. It will be alright for your resolution but you will probably want to add another in crossfire before too long. 2 HD5770s should give performance similar to an HD5870.
If that was suggestions for the overall build you were asking for then you might want to get a cheaper motherboard so you have enough for an HD5850. There are very nice ones for $50-100 less. Also make sure the ram is 1600 and I would definitely get this hard drive instead;
