Cpu-z reporting wrong i think? help

i just installed cpu-z and it shows my q9550 at 2.8 stock on 2000mhz with 6x multipler - this is have been told is normal due to intel speed stepping no probz here but then my gxf card
4870x2 shows a memory clock of 500 and core of 507 i am sure it is meant to be 900 and 750?
also it shows memory size 1gb this is 2gb?
and it says it is 55nm i am sure it is lower?

Try GPU-Z instead for the video card;

The memory listing is correct however I believe. It may have "2gb ram" but it is actually 2 processors in crossfire using 1gb each.
