I am using a ASROCK G41-VS3 mainboard, dual core e5700 (200x15) and 1 stick 4gb ddr3 1333. In order to get the RAM run at FSB 1333, i have to change the bus speed of my CPU from 200 to 333, otherwise, the RAM will run at 800. First, i changed the multiplier from 15 to 11.5. Then i restarted the computer and changed the bus speed from 200 to 266. Things went fine, except for the lost of Intel Speed Step. Then, i changed the multiplier to 9.5 and the buss speed to 333 (I did change the EuP jumper in the mobo)... After a while, i got this :"The computer failed to boot twice. Press F2 to enter BIOS...". Then i changed back to 200x15 and prayed  . My computer started normally. :D  . But what did I do wrong?( I am new to this ) Thanks
P/S:
-Can i notice any differences between the performances of a DDR3 800 and DDR3 1333, and does the RAM bus speed matter?
-Do I have to change the Jumper back ?

RAM speed of 800 in CPU-Z or other tolls means 2*800=1600. That's why it' called double data ram. Reducing the CPU multiplier will of cause not make you pc faster.

Actually, DRAM is 400. Beside, i tried to reduce the multiplier to 9.5 and increase the bus to 333, but that doesn't work (computer failed to boot). I cannot understand why :o
