Upgrade from e7300 to q9400? help pls

hi friends,

I have p5ql pro with 4g ddr2. I use my computer 70% for gaming(farcray, dragon age, mass effect and crysis) and 30% for Premier, photoshop, internet ...
Now i have e7300 oc to 3,8 with hyper 212 plus. Will i see big improvement in performance with q9400(i will oc it too). I will buy it from my friend for 130$.

Pls tell me what to do and also i have 4890 vipor-x factory oc.

You will see a big improvement with Adobe Premier and Photoshop, as well as a bit of an improvement for games which use more than three cores. However, you may need to flash your BIOS to version 410.

If anything, it should be about the same. It's not a massive increase.

Rather save up for a faster GPU.

i think 4890=5830. Also i play on 1680x1080
will i see +10fps on this game? or no?
