Budget card recommendations

as the title im looking for recommendations on a budget graphics card.
im not into gaming but do fancy having a go at some games.
my mobo has Integrated ATI Radeon HD 3000 GPU so whatever card I go far would need to be better than this.

~$130 after MIR. I have two of these and they are great for the money.
