How to overide hospitals browser to surf privately

this hosptials browser is ridicuously strict! I cant even play poker whilest i sit and try to be less firm. my intentions are not malicsious a little mischevous, perhaps. the os is XP based, modified as the "getwellnetwork. Whattcha think

Your employer has locked down the browser for a reason. You're there to take care of the patients, not waste your time on the net. You won't get any help here bypassing that security.

You would need the Hospital's network administrator to give you his Content Advisor password and he might not want to do that.
