HP class action lawsuit

How can i join the Class Action law suit against HP pavillion. I suffered 2nd degree burns to my thigh. All of a sudden laptop just got extremely hot. I have been to the doctor and when i realized that the laptop had to be faulty and that normally shouldn't happen i kept all proof of my incident. HP won't address my concerns as of yet.
