Looking for a low profile CPU cooler

I have a pretty old case - Coolermaster Wavemaster, but I'm happy with it. Now I need a low profile cooler that will fit in my case. I've read the Hyper212 doesn't fit in my case, coolermaster FAQ says so.

I have my i7 2600K at 3.4Ghz and would like at least a 4.2-4.5Ghz overclock. I can achieve it with the stock cooler, but I'm not happy with the temps at all.
Budget is €35 to €75. No water cooling. Any recommendations? The largest local store I can order from is here: http://www.simarksupplies.com/Product.aspx/Category/C196-socket-1155 (I've sorted by LGA1155). Thanks.

By the way, I have pretty standard RAM, no funny heat sink (this will give the fan some more clearance).

That wavemaster looks like it can fit the 212. Have you thought about not closing the case? I have my case open w/ everything stick out and so far my 3570k is staying under 50C at 4.2 Ghz OC
