Hi! I am new to this and need some advice on a system that I am planning to build. I have not yet purchased components but have an intended list. I would like any advice as to whether my list would work well together or not. Thank You in advance.

The Build Is:

Lian Li PC-7FN Mid Tower Case
Thermaltake TR2 W0070RUC 430 watt power supply
Biostar TA790GXB A2+
AMD Phenom x4 920 Quad Core 2.8GHz
4GB/s DDR3-1066 MHz SDRAM
500GB/s 7200rpm SATA 3 GB/s
1 GB ATI Radeon HD 4650
DVD Rom
Windows 7 professional 64 bit :)

We need at least a budget to help at all. We also need to know what you plan to do with the computer.

Few things I noticed:

PSU: Thermaltake isn't good quality. Get a Corsair, OCZ, Antec Earthwatts, SeaSonic or FSP. If you plan on Crossfiring, get at least a 650W

Mobo: I'm assuming that's supposed to be an AM2+ board. If so, don't buy it. You want a true AM3 board and DDR3. I suggest the Asus M4A79XTD EVO.

RAM: If you stick with the board listed, you need DDR2 sticks. Which is not a good idea. Second, if you switch the board, get at least 1333 mhz, CAS Latency 7 sticks. Go higher on the speed, but stay with CL 7.

HDD: Is that the Samsung Spinpoint F3? If not, switch it for the F3.

GPU: You really should consider getting at least the HD 5770...
