120mm Fan specs whats important for what?

Please can someone explain how important CFM & static pressure are for cooling ie is higher static pressure better for a CPU fan or radiator but not important for a case fan. Also what dbA is considered silent, quiet, loud, unusable in the same room etc. Thanks in advance for any info.

Don't read the dba, they are all loud, even at 15 dba. Do you mean not loud as in you can't hear them? There is no fan that doesn't make noise. Just pick the highest CFM case fan, and put up noise dampening pad inside your case and you will never hear noises again.

CFM is #1 important imo.
