Motherboards

I am a student with a homework assignment that I m having trouble with.I need to find 3 motherboards with these specs, supports 64bit cpu quad core,supports triple or double channel memory DDR3, FSB of 1066MZ or greater, supports at least 8 hard drives, supports RAID 0/1/5, has at least 2 PCIe x16 slots, on board NIC/sound/1394, supports esata. one motherboard an Intel One an AMD and one that can use either an Intel or AMD processor. Can you point me in the right direction on where to search for these motherboards?

No motherboard exists with support for both Intel and AMD processor(s).. Any motherboard will support either one of them..
