Uh oh I think I screwed myself

I was looking for a BIOS update for my A8M2N-LA motherboard

I found one and installed it
now after the install my onboard graphics no longer works
which is not a big deal since i ordered an external one

but after doing some research i found that there was 2 bios updates
one for vist and one for xp

i have xp..

what happens if i accidentally installed the one for vista??

the computer itself still functions as the system beeps and enters sleep but no display

This defiantly sounds like a BIOS config issue, you've probably stuffed the board up, i dont think there is anything you can do does anything at all display from when you turn on your computer?
