I would like help in installing ... C:\WINDOWS\system32\mshtml.hlp file. I am unable to save some pictures that I received in my email.

Everytime that I try to save some email pictures I get this dialogue box that says that it can't find this file & to try to find it yourself or to reinstall this file.

I don't know how to go about responding to this email as I got an email that says that my thread has been discontinued. I don't even know what they mean by thread. You notice I put none because I don't know what it means. Sorry if I'm doing this all wrong.
