Gosting HDD of a Compaq Evo N1000v

Hi All,

I have a Compaq Evo N100v laptop and I want to ghost the hard disk ( a 30GB
Hitachi) to a larger one (40GB Fujitsu). I use Norton Ghost 2003.
I ghosted Disk to Disk and when I installed the new HDD, the laptop doesn't
boot at all. I only get a flashing cursor and nothing else. Norton Ghost
reported that the ghost was successful. I tried a few times to ghost it and
every time it happens the same thing. I asked a few friends and they say
there are some hidden partitions on the hard drive and they can't be copied.
If anybody managed to successfuly ghost a hard disk to another, maybe you
can give me some tips of how to do it. Any help appreciated.
