Those PSU are POSs. Get a Corsair, Antec Earthwatts, FSP, SeaSonic, Silverstone, OCZ or FSP to get a quality unit.

What's the CAS Latency of the RAM? You want it to be 7 or 8 (lower is better).

Is this a gaming build? If so, you should check out the X3 425 CPU. Triple cores are great for budget gaming.

GPU: Get at least the HD 5770.

i was looking at the hd 5750.
i would be buying in july so is there anything new coming (except nvidia 300 series   )

See if you can find some CL 7 sticks. I know G.Skill has some great 1600 mhz CL 7 Ripjaws that are pretty fairly priced.

It's worth the little bit extra to upgrade to the HD 5770. The prices are so close and the 5770 performs a lot better.

Besides Fermi, there *might* be 6 core CPUs out by then. I doubt they're release will have affected the low-end prices by then.
