How to Raise CPU Speeds

hello my name is victor i bought a amd phenom II x4 3.4ghz Quad-core black editon but some reason my motherboard dont recognized my cpu and i play W.O.W when i try to install the game. the game says Insufficient CPU speed. DO i need to buy another motherboard ???? for support my CPU and where i can find the bios? cuz this page does not work for http://xfxforce.com/en-gb/Help/Support.aspx dont let me log in i dunno what happend anothe page

disable Cool & Quiet in BIOS your CPU should then run full speed all the time.
