Asus A8N-SLI PCI-E?

Looking to install a Saphire HD 5750 in my old PC
Motherboard is a Asus A8N-SLI with a PCI-E slot ver. 1.0
HD 5750 is PCI-E ver 2.0 Will it work?

Yes it will. PCI-E ver 2.0 is backwards compatible with the 1.0 version.
