What voltage should my ram be set at

I've got the XFX nForce 780i SLI Socket 775 Motherboard with Corsair Gaming Memory DDR2 4GB Kit (2x2GB) 800MHz and my system crashes whenever I try to play certain games or when I run memtest86+ or prime95. and when I say it crashes I mean it is a complete system shut down. In another thread someone suggested I find the recommended voltage for my ram and see if it needs to be changed from the standard 1.8v but I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know what voltage this ram should be set at? i dont want to set it too high and damage it or my motherboard.

I suspect my problems may actually be caused by my Kingwin Mach 1 600w ATX Modular Power Supply which is why I'll be swapping it for CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX 650W RT just as soon as it is delivered.
