I keep getting script unresponsive ---WHY

Why does unresponsive script keep popping up ? Happens often,along with very slow video downloading! HELP!!

A script hangs when you download or upload speed is seriuously impacted. This explains the video downloading slow too.

Did this just start happening recently? Have you contacted your ISP and reported a problem?

Thanks, Hawkeye 22 for your reply. I have to admit I'm using a 'dinosaur Dell' plus I'm on BrightHouse roadrunner Lite!! Which means during business hours I get left-over kb's on a cable thats probably 20-30 yrs. old! Lately its been getting worse,I guess a lot of neighbors are turning off their TV's and turning on the computer (like me)! If I call Brighthouse they'll probably tell me ,NO PROBLEM,buy our high-speed internet for only 55 mo. Thanks anyway!!
