I was considering buying an ASRock Motherboard. I needed a MicroAtx socket 775 motherboard that has DDR3 ram capability, Pci-express 2.0, and 4 memory slots was a plus. It was at or above the same price as similar boards from Asus, Msi, but had everything I needed. I do not know anyone that used their products nor do I know anything about the company. I chose this type of board as I already had some parts laying around, and would save alot going with a MicroAtx socket 775.

The motherboard: ASRock G43Twins-FullHD LGA 775 Intel G43 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

Thanks for your time in advance.

Personally i'd never buy an open box item.Especially a mobo.
Who knows what's missing or wrong with it.

Oh missed that part looking at the stats for the card. I would not buy open box either.

I've bought several items "open box" from newegg. In fact, I've built a system with half open box items and not once have I had a problem with them. They say that some parts could be missing, but each time I've had all items that were supposed to be enclosed with a non open box item.
