Pc restart on its own

PC RESTARTS IT CAN RUN IDLE FOR 12 TO 24 HR AND NEVER REBOOT IT SEEMS TO ONLY REBOOT WHEN ON LINE LIKE ON FACE BOOK HAVE INSTALL 20 DAYS AGO NEW MOTHERBOARD MSI \G31TMP21 NEW INTEL PENTIUM DULE PROCESSOR AND NEW HARDDRIVE W/D AND NEW 1 GIG OF DDR2 RAM NO ERROR FOUND IN EVENT VIEWER FOR THE SHUTDOWN AT IDLE CPU TEMP 22-C SYSTEM TEMP 27-C CPU FAN 1700RPM SYS FAN 2200 RPM SO ALL MY SYSTEM IS RUNNING OK BUT STILL NOT FOUND PROBLEM RAN SFC/SCSNNOW FILES ALL CHECKED OUT IF NEED MORE INFO or any more ideas that i have not tryed

and what is your load temps, idle temps means nothing, and did you install the network drivers?
