H60 3 pin pump header problem

I am currently building my first computer. My Mobo is the Maximus V gene and I've installed the H60 onto the Cpu but I'm confused where to plug in the headers for the fan and pump.

I've read that the 3 pin header for the pump needs to have continuous 12v of power, Where do I plug in this 3 pin header?

Typically its the CPU_FAN header where you'd normally plug in your CPU cooler. Is there any documentation that specifies what to use?

No there isn't

From Corsair's blog " it is not recommended to have the pump on a controller fan output. For power to the pump, be sure to use a header that supplies a continuous and uninterrupted 12v."

My Mobo manual says nothing about the 3 pin connectors,
