CPU heatsink blows air onto GPU

I have this ZALMAN CNPS9500A. I just installed it but am limited to installing it like this https://www.dropbox.com/s/wqonsiwdkt7zgob/P1010231.JPG where the air blows onto my GPU. I know you should install it to where the fan blows the air out the back of the case but the clip on this particular model will not allow me to set it that way, so I can only blow the air onto the GPU or the PSU. It's definitely improving the temps of my CPU but will it heat up my GPU? Also it's an AMD board so I'm limited to where the clips can be placed. Thanks
