Some parts of the control panel allow runas and others don't (DONT= admin
tools, fonts, Networks, printers, schedule tasks, scanners, taskbar)
Anyone found a way to add runas so these options can be run using an adminid?

I just realised that these are folders not applications and that fonts,
schedule task and taskbar are usable by anyone.
For the rest, except networks, I can run the create processes and update the
properties of objects in the folders.
Does anyone have any idea how I can create a new network connection or
update the properties of a current network connection as an admin user
without having to logoff the current normal user?
