Where can the file csrss exe be found on windows XP

Hello,
I am currentlly running XP and have noticed slowing of the processor and what appears to be an overly active csrss.exe file (2-4% CPU) when viewing processes under task manager.

I am running McAfee with all updates current.

Is it likely that something could have infected the csrss.exe file or another while supposedly being protected by McAfee ?
