Advanced port forwarding

We have a standard NAT-ed network with port 80 "port forwarded" to an internal web server by our Cisco 5505. From inside the network, I want address that web server using our Public IP address. However, this is not working. It is fundamentally possible?

  1. Can you address it from outside your network? Does your ISP block port 80?
