Hi...
I've built a new system and after running the windows experience index it says 'Windows experience index could not be completed' and the problem may be with some components or OS. Here is the configurations.

AMD Phenom 2 x4 965

Corsair XMS3 Dominator 4GB 2-Kit Phenom II DDR3 1600MHz CL8-8-8-24

HDD WD Caviar Black 3.5" 1TB SATA-III,7200rpm, 64MB Cache, 8.9ms

PSU HX850W, 850W

Gigabyte 890GPA-UD3H , ATX, AMD890GX, 5200 MT/s, AM3, 4xDDR3(1866)/1333/1066MHz, PCI-E V2.0, G-LAN, SATA3.0, SATA-RAID 0/1/5/0+1, 2xPCI-E x16 (16x, 8x), VGA onboard, DVI-D, HDMI, FireWire, USB3.0

And i'm waiting for Radeon 5970. Now using onboard ATI Radeon HD 4290 graphics.

Processor has a score of 7.4
Memory is only 5.9
Graphics is very low 4.6
Gaming graphics is 5.6
Primary hard disk is 5.9

Is there any way to improve the performance of the components ? Why the assessment failing ?

Any ideas??????

These scores seem to be right. The processor is 7.4 out of 7.9 - very good. The hard disk will not score more than this, only SSDs usually score more. Onboard graphics won't score much and I built a system recently with DDR3 1333 and it scored about 5.8 so don't worry. I'll bet it's fast. What is not completing about the test?

No idea... it just says there is some problem in OS or componets.. I did a test with Passmark. and there it's fine..
