1) Would this mobo be good for running an i5 760, and 2 gtx 460s?

1_If you need a MicroATX motherboard,then yes that's a great choice.
2_A good 650W+ PSU is fine, Corsair HX650 is a good option

1. if you're not looking for a micro ATX motherboard, this one is the cheapest and good MB with USB 3.0 and SATA III support. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130292

2. Amacrox Free Earth 85+ 650W is the best and cheap too (I can't find it in newegg but in my country it's only 65 USD)

yo Alblue dont get the asus maximus man...i just got it the other day and ram slot a1 and b1 were dead...now i have to rma it and send it back to newegg...many people seem to have had the same problem...its quite funny that you posted this cause im about to buy the msi p55a-g55 to replace my defective asus maximus....plus the p55a has usb 3.0 and more pci slots...ive dont a lot of homework on these boards man trust me dont get the asus one...

yes, it is a very good price :-) but the board doesn't have USB 3.0 and SATA III 6Gb/sec. About the quality ... I have no comment since I never bought Asrock boards before.
about an open boxed item, usually the difference only in manual book and warranty. About manual book, you can just download it at the manufacturer's website. So the only thing left is please make sure that the warranty is the same as the boxed one.
