  1. 1_If you need a MicroATX motherboard,then yes that's a great choice.
2_A good 650W+ PSU is fine, Corsair HX650 is a good option

    1. if you're not looking for a micro ATX motherboard, this one is the cheapest and good MB with USB 3.0 and SATA III support. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130292

    2. Amacrox Free Earth 85+ 650W is the best and cheap too (I can't find it in newegg but in my country it's only 65 USD)

  4. What about this one?

Seems good for the price eh?
Whats the risk of buying an open boxed item?
I mean its like $50 dollars cheaper $125 to $75
  5. yes, it is a very good price :-) but the board doesn't have USB 3.0 and SATA III 6Gb/sec. About the quality ... I have no comment since I never bought Asrock boards before.
about an open boxed item, usually the difference only in manual book and warranty. About manual book, you can just download it at the manufacturer's website. So the only thing left is please make sure that the warranty is the same as the boxed one.
  6. naw thanks tho alblue im gonna stick with some high quality brands....
