Hi all,

I am thinking to buy a Toshiba Satellite P10-792.
My problem is that I don't know if that laptop is
fully compatible with Linux. I am not sure if its
modem works properly in Linux.
Does anyone have any experience with this model or
other model of Toshiba company?

I have already visited www.linux-on-laptops.com .

Thanks
Adrian.

Which modem does it have in it? I bought an IBM T21 and installed
Slackware-9.1 on it. I had to download driver for the Xircom Mini-PCI modem
to get the modem to work. Otherwise, Slackware picked up every other piece of
hardware easily.
