Best video card to drive a 46 monitor

Looking for a video card to drive an 46"+ HD monitor.
We will be using the monitor as a system network monitor, monitoring our systems via a web page.

Do I need HDMI output? or is this better than DVI?
What resolution is best/
Any recommendations would be great.

The cheapest card with dual DVI outputs that is advertised to be able to run 1920x1080(Full HD).

Any video card that supports the resolution of the display, which I assume is 1920x1080 if you say "HD Monitor". Even an onboard solution is fine if that is what you have, just check the supported resolutions.

Otherwise as Dragon said above, any card with the appropriate outputs should work.
