Hello,
I have an Alltel USB modem. How do I set up my laptop so that other computers can access the internet through my computer?

Your heading doesn't quite tally with the content.

If you have a purely USB modem you will have to share via Windows Internet Connection Sharing (see Windows Help) and a crossover cable between computers.

However, in my experience, replacing a USB device with a proper integrated modem/router gives quicker, more reliable, service.
