After a quick look on Google, it seems that the Amcap software allows you to record your webcam stream.

It seems that the software only supports upto Windows XP! :-(
Sorry, but unless you can find a windows 7 driver else where, or you have Windows 7 professional, and try to run/install software in XP mode, your stuck!
