ASUS ESSENCE STX Line IN delay problem!

Hi all,
I have a problem with ASUS XONAR ESSENCE STX - there is a slight delay on it's Line IN, so it is very annoying to play my electro guitar when it's connected to this sound card.
On the same PC (Windows XP) I plug my guitar to M-Audio Revolution 5.1 card and there is no such problem, only with asus!!!
Installing the newest driver didn't help. Is there a solution to this problem?
