Hello,
while sending song to my usb drive it shows the msg ,cannot copy file directory cannot be created pls help

Is the device a usb HDD or a flash memory stick?

If it is a flash memory stick, right click it in Windows Explorer and under properties look to see what the file system is -- if it is FAT (not FAT 32) there is a limit to the number of files in the root drive (512 total entries) so you would have to group the songs in folders or reformat to FAT32.
