GIGABYTE GA-890GPA-UD3H AM3 AMD 890GX HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard-$134.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Cheaper and better case and psu combo imo.you don't need a 750w psu.-$149.98
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?Ite...

MOBO/CPU combo-Now: $280.98
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?Ite...

Better faster ram-Model F3-12800CL7D-4GBRM-$95.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Everything for $526.95 including better ram and case.
Yours $582.95 for inferior ram and a psu you won't need the XFX 650W is modular and more then enough power (btw i own a HX750)
As far as the case goes it's a Lian-Li with 4 fans and a bottom mount psu compared to an XCLIO with 2 fans and crappy top mount psu location but whatever that's your choice.

Yes a high quality 650w is more then enough power for two 5830's,that XFX unit could power two 5850's easily.

Here's THG's own June Marathon build with 5830 x2 and a 650w psu.

Why two 5830's? GTX 460's are better btw even in 768mb.
