PE2300 replace motherboard

Does anyone know if someone makes replacement motherboards for the Dell PE2300 chassis? I cannot use a standard P4/iCore ATX board as Dell swapped the slot layout on the system. I would have to replace the back of the chassis by doing some serious sheet metal work.
