Looking at the specification details on both Newegg and the EVGA website, it looks to me that this motherboard only supports 3-Way SLI and not PhysX. As for the Video card slots... I'm not sure what your exactly trying to ask so I'm recommending just putting the card in the first slot, it shouldn't hurt right? If your planning on doing SLI then just add cards to the Pci-e 2.0 slots as you go...hope this helps!

Yes... The motherboard supports PhysX, as any motherboard with two PCIe slots will support PhysX. PhysX is a driver based application supported on 9xxx series and higher Nvidia card & drivers.

On the motherboard you are looking at, I would put the card in the second slot if running on main card. If you are planning on running SLI, you would put the card in the 3rd slot.
