Is my PSU fine?

its my first post here i hope it`ll be fine
so im planning of getting a 3570k, approx 16gigs of ram and a Z77 mobo (for overclocking), and im wondering about my PSU, i bought a new FSP 500W psu recently, but will it be fine, since im planning to oc the i5 to approx 4.2ghz (or maybe more)
i will be running a 7850 card

Ya should be no problem at all. Seems like a fairly solid PSU.

500 watts is adequate for that set-up
