I am buying my MoBo today from newegg. I am considering getting the: ASUS Rampage III Formula LGA 1366 Intel X58 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Any idea on the SLI capabilities on this MoBo? It is not mentioned on the site and I cant find a decent review on it. I am new to building so any advise you guys can provide is greatly appreciated. If I dont go with this I would be getting the ASUS P6X58D-E LGA 1366 Intel X58 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Here is the link to the Rampage MoBo- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131666

This board is very good by the specification. It can do x16 / x16 for SLI, whereas SLI spec only requires at least x8 / x8. That means this board can utilize double that of normal SLI speed.

Thank you very much for your replies. I went ahead and got the Rampage III Formula x58 mobo. I plan on SLI'ing two 470s immediately, and the option to do a 3rd in the future is always nice. I realize the amount gained from the 3rd card is less than what you get from the 2nd, but either way it might be a nice thing to have down the road.
