I have a ga-x58a-ud3r and an Intel i7930. Intel states this CPU supports hardware virtualization. The MB manual says that if the CPU supports virtualization,there will be an option in the BIOS to enable it (Enabled by default). However there is no such option. Any suggestions?

^Yeah there is since BIOS FA - first version. By using Load Optimized the H/W virtualization is indeed enabled by default. Look at the bottom of Advanced CPU Features there you'll see Virtualization Technology | [Enabled] *.

*This item is present only if you install a CPU that supports this feature. For more information about Intel CPUs' unique features, please visit Intel's website.
i7 930 supported - {Intel® Virtualization Technology (VT-x)}

Good Luck and I hope that answers your question.
