Help plz

i need help connecting to the internet , everything works on my laptop i have free wireless internet @ home but it dsnt connect there but if i go outside my home like tim hortons , a friends house n other places that have wifi my internet will work but for some reason it dsnt work @ home i entered the correct password still its not work and when i try to connect from home signal is excellent but it says its out of range plz refresh list and still nothing happens, my laptop is a Toshiba i believe it has 2 adapters ...drive version-5.1.2535.0 and the next driver adapter version is 3.1.2.12-called atheros AR5004G and theirs is also a Realtek rtl8139/810x family fast Ethernet nic-driver-5.606.811.2003...i need help figuring out this stuff so i can connect to the internet from home im tired of leaving my house to go out to somewhere where there;s free wifi ..when i got the same free internet @ home
