Wg111v2 driver 6 1308 1226 2007 wont worki with windows 8. what can i do?

ive bought a new pc runnings windows 8. my old adapter is a WG111v2 version: 6.1.3.08.1226.2007
This does not work. any ideas?

Get the latest Windows Drivers from here: http://downloadcenter.netgear.com/en/product/WG111v2

If that driver doesn't work then you may have to get a new Wireless Network adaptor.

I gave now fixed thus thanks. I took PC to the router and plugged in direct then updated the drivers . Once done I unplugged Ethernet cable and just used wifi adapter and works fine now.
