That said, I would not bother.
Run prime95 with rounding checking long enough for the temperature rise to stabilize.
If your clock rate stays high(use cpu-z/realtemp) for the duration, you are good.
At least with any conservative overclock.
In actual usage, it is unlikely that you will have an error later.
If you intend to push the limits, then do all the article recommends.
