Sometimes system hanging but mouse pointer working properly(Only moment of mouse pointerworking, not working select or right click option). Can any one please fix this problem. I confused because if system hangs then mouse pointer also should hang is it right.

Actually, it is common for the Windows interface to lock up and still have the mouse work. That is because on most PCs the video card draws the mouse pointer directly over the desktop.
