Hey there guys...

I just built my computer and have the "Asus M4A87TD EVO" for an AM3 processor (AMD Phenom II X4 965BE)
I was checking the ASUS website to download the latest drivers and I see that they also release BIOS updates...

Nothing seems to be wrong with my newly built PC but should I update the BIOS anyway?
The description of some of their BIOS files say "Improve system stability"

That sounds like a reason to update..?

But then again, someone I knew once told me, "If it ain't broken, don't fix it"

So I don't know... =(

Advice fellas?

*Also... if I should update it... how do I do it with ASUS? =] any tips?

If it ain't broken, don't fix it"... Is the way to go with BIOS, unless it specifically states it fixes an issue you are having. "Improves system stability" to a stable system is not a required updated. If it said something like, "Fixes NO POST issue when installing a SSD", it is worth the update if you plan on running a SSD.
