I have an Asus P8Z77V-LX Motheboard with an Intel I53570K and Corsair H80 Liguid Cooling

When running at Stock speed of 3.4 GHZ while playing planetside 2 for 4 hours my CPU temps according to AI Suite were 38 degrees.

I have now overclocked using AI Suite 2 to 4.2 GHz played planetside 2 for about 4 hours and my cpu temps according to AI suite are 40 degrees

I thought this cannot be right as overlclocking increases the CPU temps, so I installed Aida64 and check my temps under 100% load and they seemed to be peeking at around 58 degrees.

What one is more accurate, I thought the Asus Suite 2 would be as I have an asus motherboard etc.

Try Coretemp or Realtemp, they are better for monitoring the core temperatures of your CPU. Only run one at a time though to make sure it is accurate.
