Will the Noctua NH-U9B SE2 block ram slots on P8Z68-V Pro?

Hey everyone, I was thinking about putting the Noctua NH-U9B SE2 on an Asus P8Z68-V Pro mobo, and was wondering if I would be able to install this without blocking any of the ram slots. I was reading some reviews about people who tried installing this heatsink with Corsair Vengeance ram, but couldn't get a definitive answer whether it would fit with just one fan on or not.

I would prefer if the cooler would blow air to the back of the case as opposed to the top, since I have fans blowing air into the case from that side. I also only have 138mm of clearance, and don't want any coolers that blow up or to the side of the case, just to the back. This obviously limits my choices so I am hoping this heatsink will work for this build. Can anyone confirm that I'll be able to use all 4 slots with this heatsink on it? Thanks in advance for the help.

EDIT: I was using the Scythe Shuriken cooler on a i3-3225 but was hiting 60 celsius @ idle. Is this normal? This is part of the reason I feel I need to upgrade the heatsink.
